Abstract

This topic focuses on “Impact of Business Environment on Economic Growth in Nigeria”, the business environment includes; availability, suitability of all factors of production to enhance and promote high productivity in an economy of a country, these include land, labour, capital and entrepreneur, however, there still some other factors that are responsible for high productivity in an economy of a country, these include but not limited to the followings; government legislature, culture of the people, attitude of the workers, competition, market, infrastructural facilities, insecurity, pandemic, taxation, import substitutions etc. the following recommendations are needed; government support for the business owners in terms of taxation, availability of skilled workers, availability of  foreign currency and low exchange rate, prevention of dumping of a similar product, conflict resolutions, among the owners of the land and high welfare and motivational packages for the workers, regular supply of electricity, drinking of safe pipe born water, free flow of vehicles and security.
