As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
Author Guidelines
IJSRE is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, and technical reports in all areas of science and education. The journal aims to provide a platform for researchers and educators to disseminate their findings to a global audience.
The following guidelines should be followed when submitting a manuscript to IJSRE:
Types of Manuscripts IJSRE accepts original research articles, review articles, and technical reports.
Length of Manuscripts The length of the manuscript should not exceed 15 pages, including references, figures, and tables.
Format of Manuscripts Manuscripts should be written in English and formatted in Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1.5 line spacing. The margins should be 1 inch on all sides.
Title and Abstract The title of the manuscript should be brief, specific, and descriptive. The abstract should not exceed 250 words and should provide a clear summary of the research findings.
Introduction The introduction should provide background information on the research topic and the objectives of the study. It should also state the research questions or hypotheses being tested.
Methods The methods section should provide a detailed description of the study design, sample selection, data collection, and data analysis procedures.
Results The results section should present the findings of the study in a clear and concise manner. The results should be presented in text, tables, and/or figures as appropriate.
Discussion The discussion section should interpret the results, compare the findings to previous research, and discuss the implications of the findings. The discussion should also provide suggestions for future research in the field.
Conclusions The conclusions section should summarize the main findings and provide a brief statement on the significance of the research.
References The reference list should be formatted according to the APA style guide and should include all sources cited in the manuscript.
Figures and Tables Figures and tables should be included as appropriate and should be clearly labeled and referenced in the text.
Review Process All manuscripts submitted to IJSRE will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. The review process will evaluate the quality of the research, the validity of the methods, and the clarity of the presentation. The editors may request revisions to the manuscript before it is accepted for publication.
Submission Process Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the IJSRE online submission system. The authors should also provide a cover letter with their submission, which should include a brief summary of the research and the names, addresses, and email addresses of all authors.
Ethical Considerations The authors must ensure that their research complies with ethical standards, such as obtaining informed consent from participants and avoiding plagiarism. The authors should also declare any conflicts of interest.
